Product description
The PC 511 select is a compact, cost‑efficient pump system designed to run two independent vacuum applications in parallel with a single pump. The unit uses the MZ 2C NT two‑stage chemistry diaphragm pump as pumping element. The integrated VACUU·SELECT controller provides an intuitive, application‑based GUI with predefined vacuum routines for routine laboratory tasks and an editor for custom sequences. For solvent evaporation the electronic control port detects boiling pressure and switches to two‑point control to stabilise pressure during bumping. A second vacuum port with manual flow regulation allows a concurrent, independent process on the same pump. The glass inlet separator with protective coating retains particles and liquid droplets to protect the pump. The exhaust vapor condenser enables high solvent recovery when connected to chilled water or a recirculating chiller, supporting solvent recycling and environmental protection.
