DescriptionThis chemistry vacuum pumping unit is a compact, cost‑effective solution for running two electronically controlled vacuum applications in parallel with a single pump. The unit is based on the MZ 2C NT two-stage chemistry diaphragm pump and is intended for medium‑duty laboratory vacuum tasks with common solvents. Each vacuum port has an independent solenoid valve for electronic vacuum control and check valves to prevent cross‑contamination. The VACUU·SELECT controller provides an intuitive, application‑based GUI with predefined vacuum processes, manual set‑point control, distillation modes and a drag‑and‑drop application editor to create custom sequences. For solvent evaporation the system detects boiling pressure and switches to two‑point control to stabilise pressure during boiling. The inlet separator (glass with protective coating) prevents particles and liquid droplets from entering the pump. The exhaust vapor condenser enables near‑complete solvent recovery when used with an appropriate chilled water line or chiller.
