  • Automatic boiling point detection and automatic vacuum adjustment for faster solvent evaporation processes
  • Compact two‑stage VARIO® diaphragm pump configuration with good ultimate vacuum even with gas ballast open
  • Low noise, low vibration and extended maintenance intervals through VARIO control
  • Efficient solvent recovery via exhaust vapor condenser for economical recycling and environmental protection

Description
The PC 3002 VARIO select pumping unit precisely controls vacuum by varying pump speed to match process demand. The pumping core is a two‑stage MZ 2C VARIO diaphragm pump suitable for most common solvents. The integrated VACUU·SELECT controller provides an application‑based graphical interface with predefined processes, manual set‑point control and a drag‑and‑drop app editor for custom routines. During solvent evaporation the controller detects boiling point and adjusts vacuum automatically to shorten process times. VARIO control reduces pump speed to the minimum required, lowering noise and vibration and extending service intervals. A glass inlet separator with protective coating prevents particles and droplets from entering the pump. An exhaust vapor condenser allows near‑complete solvent recovery to reduce operating costs and emissions. The unit is ready for laboratory integration with Ethernet (Modbus TCP), USB and optional RS‑232 connectivity.
