Description

AccuPower® PCR PreMix uses Bioneer’s patented technology to individually vacuum dry components necessary for PCR such as DNA polymerase, dNTPs, reaction buffer, etc. A chemical stabilizer is also included for retaining the activity of the products for 1 month at a room temperature (25 °C) and over 2 years in a freezer.

AccuPower® PCR PreMix is a convenient lyophilized PCR
master mix containing Top DNA polymerase, dNTPs, reaction
buer, tracking dye, and our patented stabilizer. AccuPower®
PCR PreMix includes our super-processive “three times faster
than regular Taq” Top DNA polymerase for faster nucleic acid
amplication. Top DNA polymerase is engineered to be faster
by the removal of the 5’-3’ exonuclease activity from Thermus
thermophilus DNA polymerase.
