Controlled Drug Cabinets range designed to exceed statutory requirements for storage of controlled drugs (The Misuse of Drugs (Safe Custody) Regulations 1973) with multiple size and shelf options. Constructed in 1.5mm mild steel with seamless welded joints; security features and finish suitable for hospital and clinical environments.

Features

• Designed to exceed The Misuse of Drugs (Safe Custody) Regulations 1973 for storage of controlled drugs (except CD045 & CD145)
• BS 3621 anti-pick & drill, key-retaining six-pin cylinder lock (supplied with 2 keys & identification card)
• Key profile unique to Hospital Metalcraft Ltd (approximately 250,000 differs per profile)
• CLIQ® compatible: integrates electronic control with high-security mechanical cylinders and keys for electronic access management
• Optional micro-switch for connection to remote lighting or nurse call systems (available for CD905)
• Optional 12V DC LED lighting/warning system with volt-free contact for external light / nurse call integration (requires 100–240V~, 50–60Hz, 0.3A mains; supplied with UK 3-pin plug; CE marked)
• Lighting transformer casing adds 105mm to overall height
• Mounting holes provided in rear (fixings not included)
• Adjustable and removable shelves
• Security of models CD005, CD010 & CD015 can be enhanced by installing inside a Drug & Medicine Cabinet
• Modular design allows interchange with HTM 63 storage systems
