SummaryThe HCP7 is an established high-capacity vacuum pump designed to meet the sonic flow rate testing requirements of dry powder inhalers (DPIs). It is also suitable for MDIs, nebulisers, ADIs, nasal sprays, nasal aerosols and nasal powders. A single HCP7 delivers an unregulated maximum flow rate of up to 416 L/min.
Key features- Low maintenance
- Small unit footprint
- Oil-free (dry lubrication)
- Left and right vacuum inlets for flexible system placement
- Self-sealing compound carbon vanes that continually adjust to maintain near 'as new' performance over the service life
Boost PerformanceWhen the flow from a single HCP7 is insufficient, two HCP7 units can be connected to the primary pump to provide a combined unregulated flow of up to 833 L/min (HCP7 x 2). Appropriate hose fittings are supplied with each unit to enable this twin configuration.
Applications- Metered Dose Inhalers (MDIs)
- Dry Powder Inhalers (DPIs)
- Nebulisers
- Aerosol Dose Inhalers (ADIs)
- Nasal Sprays
- Nasal Aerosols
- Nasal Powders
