Product overview The SCP7 is a rotary vane, oil‑lubricated vacuum pump providing a maximum unrestricted flow of 683 L/min and capable of delivering sonic flow through the Next Generation Impactor (NGI) up to 100 L/min (NGI, P3/P2 8 ±0.5). It is designed to serve as an alternative to using two HCP7 pumps for these conditions and supports regulated flow via a control valve (0–280 L/min) for MDI, nebuliser and nasal product testing.
Key features - Oil‑lubricated rotary vane design
- Low‑maintenance construction
- Advanced sound insulation for noise mitigation
- Left and right vacuum inlet options for flexible system placement
- Dual filtration to minimise oil vapour in exhaust, suitable for laboratory use
Applications - Dry Powder Inhalers (DPIs)
- Metered Dose Inhalers (MDIs)
- Nebulisers
- Aqueous Drug Inhalers (ADIs)
- Nasal product testing
