Overview
The NSDC (Nasal Spray Dose Collector) and NSWC (Nasal Spray Waste Collector) are purpose-designed accessories for delivered dose uniformity (DDU) testing of nasal spray aerosols in pharmaceutical and laboratory QC workflows. The NSDC's optimised internal geometry ensures complete capture of delivered doses by eliminating splashback, drips and nozzle leakage. The NSWC provides secure collection of high-volume waste aerosols without splashback onto the nozzle for safe handling and disposal.

Nasal Spray Dose Collector (NSDC)
The NSDC is engineered for reproducible DDU sampling of nasal sprays. Its internal contours and collection chamber prevent aerosol rebound and loss after actuation, enabling accurate dose measurement. The NSDC is suitable for manual sampling or integration into automated test systems to support high-throughput QC and method development.

Nasal Spray Waste Collector (NSWC)
The NSWC is intended for efficient wasting of nasal spray actuations. It captures large volumes of aerosol waste while preventing contamination of the device nozzle and surrounding equipment, simplifying handling and disposal in both manual and automated set-ups.

Compatibility & Automation
Both NSDC and NSWC are compatible with automated shake-and-fire systems (e.g. Vertus® III / Vertus® III+) to enable integrated workflows for shaking, actuation and sample collection. They can also be used as standalone devices for manual procedures.
