Overview
Integrated PP mattress platform with advanced manufacturing process. 4–5 sectional design for independent installation and simplified maintenance. Backrest raises to enlarge seating area and reduce sponge depression at the seat panel.

Platform

• Integrated PP mattress platform manufactured with advanced technology.
• 4–5 section layout enabling independent installation and easy maintenance.

Castors

• 5" covered castors with TPR tire resistant to wear (no significant wear after 10 km test).
• Anti-winding hard shell cover, unified assembly without bolts.
• Dynamic durability: passes obstacle test 40,000 times under 200 kg full-bed load.

Head & Foot Board

• LG Chem fresh PP material, plug-in type for easy removal.
• Equipped with Ф65 bumper wheels to prevent collisions.

Mattress Retainer

• Integrated mattress retainers at both sides of back and leg sections; border height 33 mm.

Guardrail

• Aluminum-alloy 6-bar collapsible side rail with safety lock.

Additional Features

• Wall bumper wheels: horizontal corner bumpers at the outer periphery to protect bed and wall.
• Drainage hooks: movable plastic drainage hooks.
• IV pole: stainless steel, load capacity up to ~15 kg; standard 4-hook IV pole included.
• Additional bumpers to protect bed structure during daily use.
