Product overview
The Y8t electric hospital bed is a five-function patient bed designed for critical-care and general ward use. It provides height adjustment, back-rest and knee-rest positioning, Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg, and patented angle indicators to support clinical positioning and patient handling.

Accessories & multi-care

• One-button patient mobilisation position with raised back plate and double-hole guardrail support to assist safe standing.
• Standard accessories as configured: IV pole, drainage hooks, central locking pedals, emergency stop button, PP oasis siderails, ABS bed ends with safety lock, stamped bed platform, and integrated plastic sockets in guardrail for personal items.

Welding | Chassis
Panasonic robotic 360° welding for full smooth seams. Chassis built on 5.0 mm stamped rotating plate for structural stability.

Steels | Painting
Baosteel materials with 11-stage epoxy coating. Paint thickness 0.12 mm, 60° gloss; ASTM-tested antibacterial performance and impact resistance up to 50 kg.

Electric motor
LINAK motors (UL/ROHS/EN certifications). Operational noise <50 dB. Rated lifetime: 20,000 movement cycles.

Safety
Compliant with IEC 60601 safety requirements. One-button emergency stop halts all electrical movements. Electronic overload protection per motor prevents damage and allows resume after fault clearance.

CPR
Manual CPR release handles located on both sides to quickly flatten the back section. An electric CPR button on the control panel provides one-touch back-plate flattening.

Castor
Ø5" central-locking castors with TPR tyres. Tested bearing capacity 120 kg, 30 km run test and 500-cycle obstacle resistance.

Brake pedal
Large-area double-folded rubber pedal with horizontal and vertical dual-sided rubber for ergonomic braking by clinical staff.

Bed surface
Stamped forming platform with smooth finish and no welding scars. Standard load capacity 250 kg. Optional ABS platform and resin X-ray translucent platform available.

Angle indicator
Patented visual angle indicators show inclination for back-rest and Trendelenburg positions to ensure accurate clinical positioning.
