Description

Overview
Multifunctional electric ICU bed D8d-CPR (SKD-C) designed for intensive care and emergency use. Key characteristics: virgin ABS components sterilizable at 100°C (tensile strength up to 30 MPa); Panasonic robotic 360° full welding of chassis; compliant with IEC/EN medical electrical equipment requirements (IEC 60601 referenced).

Head & Foot Board
Reversible head and foot boards with integrated controller and 3.5" LCD angle indicator. Extra-height design for improved access. Size: 1000 x 563 mm.

Bed Surface
Stamped-formed mattress platform with smooth finish and no visible weld scars. Standard safe working load (SWL): 250 kg. Options: ABS platform or resin X-ray translucent platform.

Welding & Chassis
Panasonic robotic welding provides 360° continuous smooth welds for consistent chassis integrity and service life.

Electric Motor & Brakes
Four linear actuators (electric motors) for backrest, knee-rest, overall height and Trendelenburg adjustments. Brake spring design maintains function after 10,000 continuous operations; central locking pedal included.

Steels & Painting
11-stage epoxy coating process with paint thickness ≈0.12 mm and brightness ≈60°. Surface tested for antibacterial properties and 50 kg impact resistance.

Virgin ABS Parts
Environmental-grade ABS parts are sterilizable at 100°C, odorless and non-toxic, with tensile strength up to 30 MPa.

LCD & Controls
Integrated 3.5" LCD control panels built into head/foot ends; tuck-away side rails with embedded control and angle indicators. Buttons rated for ~100,000 operations.

Side Rails
Tuck-away PP side rails with integrated control panel and angle indicator for caregiver access and patient safety.

Castors
5" double-side castors with TPR tyres designed for long wear (dynamic test: bearing 120 kg, 30 km run and 500 obstacle passes). Anti-winding hard shell, bolt-free assembly.

Durable Brakes
Brake spring qualification after 10,000 uninterrupted operations; central locking pedal for bed stability during procedures and transport.
