Overview
Planmeca ProOne® is a panoramic imaging unit designed for clinical diagnostic imaging. The unit provides a compact footprint, a range of clinical programs and automated positioning tools to streamline routine radiographic workflows.

Planmeca ProOne supports multiple panoramic and related imaging programs to cover common diagnostic needs:

Patient positioning
The unit supports open positioning and side entry for both standing and seated patients. Patient monitoring is possible from the front and the side. Positioning is assisted by a triple laser beam system that indicates correct anatomical reference points to reduce positioning errors.

User interface
A full-colour graphical user interface guides operators through procedures with clear texts and symbols. Settings are logically organised to speed up acquisition and to facilitate patient communication and positioning.

Autofocus
The autofocus function positions the focal layer automatically using a low-dose scout image of the patient’s central incisors. Anatomical landmarks are used to calculate placement, which reduces positioning errors and the need for retakes.
