Product Summary
The 85 Flush Mount is a compact, media-compatible piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor housed in 316L stainless steel. Silicon oil transfers pressure from the 316L diaphragm to the piezoresistive element. A ceramic substrate with laser-trimmed resistors provides temperature compensation, offset correction and an optional gain-set resistor for ±1% span interchangeability.
