Overview
The MS4515DO is a ceramic-based PCB-mounted digital pressure and temperature transducer designed for compact instrumentation and OEM integration. It delivers 14-bit digital pressure output and 11-bit temperature, is factory-calibrated and temperature-compensated, and supports absolute, differential and gauge measurements across low-pressure ranges (2–30 inH2O). The device accepts 3.3 V or 5.0 V supply and requires minimal external components.
