Overview
The MS4515 is a ceramic-based, PCB-mounted differential pressure sensor with an amplified ratiometric analog output. It integrates CMOS sensor conditioning for a cost-effective, high-performance transducer. The family is fully calibrated and temperature compensated with a typical total error band (TEB) below 1.0% across the compensated range. Rugged ceramic construction and multiple port options make the MS4515 suitable for compact OEM applications. The sensor measures differential or gauge pressure across ranges from 2 to 30 inH2O and uses 1/8" barbed ports that accept 3/32" ID tubing.
