Description
These diaphragm pumping units deliver high pumping speed and stable vacuum control for solvent evaporation tasks. The PC 3016 NT VARIO select is designed for processing large amounts of low‑boiling solvents. The integrated VACUU·SELECT controller provides an application‑based graphical interface: manual set‑point control for simple operations, fully automated distillations, or user‑configured workflows via drag‑and‑drop editing. During evaporation the controller continuously detects the boiling point and adjusts the vacuum automatically.
The VARIO control varies pump speed according to demand, reducing noise and extending maintenance intervals. The inlet separator (glass with protective coating) prevents particles and liquid droplets from entering the pump. The exhaust vapor condenser enables near‑100% solvent recovery when cooling is connected.
