WIRONIUM® RP Complete is a modular system for the fully digital fabrication of partial dentures for upper and lower jaws. The system integrates SLM-manufactured WIRONIUM® RP frameworks with 3D-printed saddle sections and prosthetic teeth made from VarseoSmile® TriniQ®, within a validated exocad PartialCAD workflow. Engineered retention elements on the framework ensure precise positioning and secure mechanical connection of components to enable reproducible laboratory assembly.

Manufacturing processes
  • Selective Laser Melting (SLM): layer-by-layer metal additive manufacturing from CAD data to produce complex, high-precision frameworks
  • Digital Light Processing (DLP): projector-based layer curing to produce high-impact saddle components and detailed, color-stable prosthetic teeth


Software requirements
At least exocad 3.1 Rijeka with a PartialCAD license and PartialCADApp 3.1 Rijeka; knowledge of digital partial denture design in exocad PartialCADApp is required.
