Overview
Durable benchtop sealer designed for heavy-duty operations where safety and consistent performance are required. Intended for sealing standard medical blood bag PVC tubing with rapid cycle times.

Main features
The sealing clamp of HemoWeld Table automatically closes once the tube is inserted; a typical sealing cycle completes in about 1.2 seconds. The unit is compatible with most standard medical-grade blood bag tubing: embedded electronics automatically adjust sealing power according to tubing diameter, thickness and hardness.

Additional features

• Audio and visual indicators alert the operator to sparks during sealing (e.g., caused by wet or contaminated electrodes).
• Each seal is broad and robust, with a notch to facilitate snap-apart separation of the two parts.
• Electronics include anti-spark and overheat protection; a built-in cooling fan prevents damage to the device and tubing.
• An optional corded sealing handle is available to increase operational flexibility.
• Ergonomic grip equipped with an integrated transparent, detachable splash guard for safe handling.

Protection cap
The clamp protection cap is removable and washable. HemoWeld Table is straightforward to operate and to clean, and it supports high throughput workflows.
