Description

Product overview
The 7725i-188 syringe injection valve is a manual front-loading, analytical-grade injection valve engineered for high-pressure instrumentation. It uses Make-Before-Break (MBB®) architecture to maintain continuous flow between LOAD and INJECT positions, reducing disturbance during switching. Rated to 600 bar (8700 psi), it provides a compact 2-position, 6-port configuration suitable for demanding laboratory and process-analytical applications.

Features
  • Manual front-loading injection for controlled sample introduction
  • Make-Before-Break (MBB®) architecture for uninterrupted flow between LOAD and INJECT
  • 2 positions, 6 ports for sample and carrier routing
  • High pressure rating: up to 600 bar (8700 psi)
  • Optimized for 1/16" OD tubing; coned 10-32 port configuration
  • Stainless steel construction for compatibility with common analytical solvents
