It gives sharp precipitin lines in immunoelectrophoresis and immunodiffusion techniques. Pack Size - 2 mL Solubility - Reconstitute product with 2.0 ml of deionized or distilled water. Gentle swirling may be used to speed rehydration. Avoid vigorous shaking of the reconstituted material. Specificity - The total protein is measured using the Biuret procedure; with bovine albumin as a standard. Antibody titer is standardized to an in-house standard by equivalence-point precipitation. Each IgG fraction is tested for purity and specificity at a minimum of 40 mg/ml using immunoelectrophoresis. The product is mostly goat IgG; no trace of albumin is detected. It shows reactivity to human complement C3; cross-reactivity to other species may exist. Antibody activity to complement components C4-C9 or serum proteins is not present
