Description

Lyophilized goat antiserum to human serum and buffer salts. It is used in Immunostaining of cell suspensions, acetone-fixed frozen tissue sections, and formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Usage Statement Unless specified otherwise, MP Biomedical's products are for research or further manufacturing use only, not for direct human use. Specifications Conjugate - Unconjugated Grade - Molecular Grade Host - Goat Pack Size - 2 mL Solubility - Reconstitute product with 2.0 mL of deionized or distilled water. Gentle swirling may be used to speed rehydration. Avoid vigorous shaking of the reconstituted material. Species Reactivity - Human Specificity - Antibody titer is standardized with an in-house control by immunoelectrophoresis. Each antiserum is tested for specificity at a minimum of 80 mg/ml using immunoelectrophoresis. It shows reactivity to human serum; cross-reactivity to other species may exist Sterility - Filtered through a .22 µm filter
