The emergency evacuation chair for stairs is used to quickly and safely evacuate people down stairs and out of buildings. Designed for emergency situations, such as a fire or an elevator in a multi-story building that doesn’t work. The rubber tracks on the emergency evacuation chair have limited speed and can control the descent. The front and rear handles are designed to carry people up stairs. However, this would require 3-4 strong people to carry the chair without touching the stairs, i.e. the tracks would not move up. 1.
