1. Head Immobilizeris easy to use and quick to apply, designed for spine boards. 2. Consists of two plastic-coated support pads, quick-stick fastener and chin strap. It’s completely reusable and easy to disinfect/clean. 3. Base plate and support block use Velcro for quick combined application, very easy to clean and disinfect. 4. No metal parts, can be directly X-ray, MRI or CT scan. 5. There are two large circular ear holes on the side for monitoring bleeding and fluid drainage. 6. Waterproof and buoyant, suitable for water rescue and lifeguards. 7. Optional: adult model and children model EB-1A①: 40x26x17cm EB-1A②: 34x26x14cm EB-1A③: 41x26x16cm
