Description

The EA-13A Negative Pressure Isolation Chamber Stretcher Transport Isolation System is designed for the safe transport of patients with respiratory infectious diseases, preventing the spread of pathogens and reducing infection rates among healthcare providers. The chamber is constructed from high-quality, durable, non-toxic, and pollution-free high-strength transparent TPU material, sealed with a waterproof zipper for complete isolation. It features a negative pressure filtration system that prevents cross-contamination, ensuring protection for both patients and medical staff. The isolation chamber stretcher is arched by support rods and includes 2 oxygen infusion ports for patient care, 10 operation ports with disposable gloves for maintenance, and can be used with standard stretchers for easy patient movement. The battery allows for continuous use for at least 4 hours on a full charge, and the negative pressure of not less than 15Pa is rapidly established within 6.2 minutes. The chamber noise does not exceed 65dB(A), and the filtration efficiency for 0.3μm aerosol particles is not less than 99.99%. Air change in the cabin is not less than 50L/min. Audio and visual alarms alert users when internal negative pressure is insufficient or battery power is low. The total weight of the cabin is no more than 20kg when unloaded, and the optional stretcher can bear up to 150kg.The chamber is equipped with 8 long aluminum rods and 4 short aluminum rods to support the cabin, preventing shaking and collapse, and maintaining stable negative pressure. The inner plate is equipped with straps for securing the patient, and an outer strap secures the isolation room to a stretcher or bed. Three high-efficiency filters (canisters) ensure safety, and the battery lasts about 10 hours on a full charge. The device is fully foldable for minimal storage space and can be deployed within minutes.Installation:1. Medical staff removes and opens the stretcher, laying it flat and locking it.2. Place the isolation cabin on the stretcher, secure it with the safety belt, adjust tightness, and fix the location.3. Open the zipper between the bilge and cabin body, place the patient inside, pull the zipper, and close the cabin.4. Turn on the switch and check the display. If negative pressure is not met, check all zippers are closed and the reading is less than 15Pa.5. Medical staff can perform simple operations inside the cabin using disposable gloves.6. Upon arrival, open the airtight cabin with protective clothing and remove the patient.Notes:1. Used negative pressure isolation stretchers should be cleaned and disinfected promptly.2. Do not expose the stretcher to sun, wind, or rain for extended periods; store in a cool place and keep clean.3. Charge the battery before standby and use; recharge after use.4. Handle carefully during disassembly and installation to avoid damage.5. Do not unzip the entrance during patient transport to prevent disease leakage.Technical Specifications: Model: EA-13A Unfolded Size (L*W*H): 1900*680*500mm HEPA Filter: 3pcs, 99.99% efficiency for 0.3μm particles Ventilation: ≥ 50L/min Chamber Noise: ≤65dB(A) Alarm: Audio and visual alarm for internal pressure insufficient and low power Negative Pressure: ≥15 Pa in two minutes after power on Standard Accessory: Main chamber, 3pcs disposable HEPA filter, Negative generation system, 5 pairs PE gloves, Battery and charger, 8 long aluminum rods, 4 short aluminum rods, 8 knurled bolts Consumables: HEPA filter (3pcs/set), PE gloves Disinfection: Disinfect with formalin and neutralize with ammonium hydrogen carbonate Optional: Folding stretcher; Stretcher trolley Load-Bearing: Up to 150kg Power Supply: DC12V power adapter.
