Product overviewVivaspin® 500 centrifugal concentrators are designed for rapid concentration of protein and nanoparticle samples with starting volumes up to 500 µl. The devices are intended for use in micro-centrifuges with fixed-angle rotors that accept 2.2 ml (11 mm) conical bottom tubes. The patented vertical membrane geometry and PES membranes reduce filter fouling and shorten spin times while the built-in dead-stop pocket maximizes concentrate recovery.
