Overview
Up to 15 ml starting volume. Concentrate up to 150x. Vivaspin® 15 Turbo centrifugal devices enable rapid concentration of protein and nanoparticle samples up to 15 ml. Designed for use in rotors accepting 50 ml centrifuge tubes, the patented twin vertical PES membrane reduces filter fouling and delivers the fastest spin times. Built-in dead stop pocket ensures maximum recoverable concentrate in a pipette-friendly format.

• Concentration of urine prior to electrophoresis for diagnosis of multiple myeloma and amyloidosis.
• Concentration of cerebrospinal fluid prior to electrophoresis for diagnosis of meningitis and multiple sclerosis.
• Protein removal from serum and from cell/tissue lysates.
