Common problems and troubleshooting

• Device does not power on: ensure the host computer is powered and that device connections are secure; verify computer meets software requirements.
• Device power indicator on but computer does not recognize device (main indicator flashing blue): check cable connections and ensure Type-C/USB interfaces meet hardware requirements; avoid non-specified adapters.
• Computer recognizes device but application shows no image: device may be in sleep mode (wake by motion); restart application and reconnect; reseat connections.
• Device interruptions during use: device may have activated thermal protection—power off and wait 5–10 minutes depending on ambient temperature before restarting; verify interfaces and cable integrity.
• Lens fogging during use: defog the lens before use or gently warm the lens before continuing; do not spray or immerse the device (IPX0 rating).
