Compact drying unit designed for precise, uniform and controlled drying of machined and stained dental zirconia restorations prior to sintering. Suitable for dental laboratories and prosthetic workflows.

Features

• Precise temperature control, smooth start/stop: Four carbon-fiber flexible infrared heating rods provide linear heating and cooling to avoid sudden temperature shifts and protect material properties.
• Uniform rotary drying, efficient throughput: Rotating drying tray ensures even exposure of each restoration; a single crown can be dried in as fast as 10 minutes, improving laboratory throughput.
• Cyclical airflow, even convection: Optimized air duct and high-efficiency fan force hot air circulation throughout the chamber to eliminate dry spots and deliver consistent results.
• Simple operation, one-touch start: Set drying time and press start. Automatic cycle processes up to 150 restorations per run to streamline workflow.

How it works
