YRC-HS007 zirconia rapid sintering furnace with high-purity heating elements, 40-minute sintering cycle and dual-layer crucible designed for efficient laboratory and chairside workflows.

Features
  • 40-minute fast sintering: Optimized 40-minute cycle for use with Yucera 3D FLASH zirconia blocks.
  • High capacity: Dual-layer crucible enables simultaneous sintering of up to ≤60 single crowns (single layer ≤30).
  • PID intelligent temperature control: Accurate PID control for uniform sintering color and repeatable results.
  • High-purity heating system: Four molybdenum‑silicide heating rods (4 × 1850) for oxidation resistance and long service life.
  • Fast heating rate: Heating rate up to ≤200 °C/min for shortened cycle times.
