シアルイダーゼ活性検査キット S0006 は、膣分泌物中のシアルイダーゼ酵素活性を検出することで、細菌性膣症（BV）の迅速診断および治療評価を目的としています。院内迅速検査（point-of-care）や検査室でのスクリーニングに適しており、Amsel 法との相関が約 92% と報告されています。

Principle
細菌性膣症は、膣常在菌のバランスが崩れ、ラクトバチルスの減少と嫌気性細菌（例：Gardnerella vaginalis、Bacteroides、Mobiluncus、Prevotella、Mycoplasma hominis）の増加を伴います。BV 関連細菌の多くはシアルイダーゼを産生し、本キットはその酵素活性を指標として BV の迅速スクリーニングを可能にします。

Contents of the kit

• BV スワブ — 20/40 本
• BV 抽出液 — 3 ml × 1 本
• 使用説明書 — 1 部

Instructions for use

• 1) スワブの入ったチューブを開け、綿棒先端に抽出液を3滴加えてチューブを閉じる。
• 2) チューブを35–37°Cで15–20分間保持（インキュベート）する。
• 注意: a) 抽出液で綿棒先端が濡れるようにするが、過剰に浸さないこと。
• b) 結果は30分以内に判定すること。30分以降の判定は無効となる場合がある。
