The Astrolabe Large Fragments System (LIVTrauma) combines the mechanical strength of a fixed-angle locking construct with integrated dynamic compression slots within the same plate, allowing the application of locking, compression, or hybrid fixation techniques according to fracture morphology and bone quality.
