Product Overview
Labotemp Vertical Autoclave VEA-02 is a 75 L vertical steam sterilizer engineered for medium-volume sterilization in hospitals, clinical and diagnostic laboratories, research facilities and pharmaceutical quality control units. It features a stainless steel chamber and a bolt-lock lid. Rated working pressure is 0.22 MPa; sterilization temperature range 116–134°C; sterilization cycle adjustable from 4 to 120 minutes. Suitable for sterilizing glassware, culture media, surgical instruments, laboratory tools and other heat-resistant materials, as well as compatible laboratory waste.

Control & Safety
The VEA-02 uses microcomputer automatic control with digital display and touch buttons for precise parameter setting. Standard test interface supports routine validation. Integrated safety systems include over-temperature protection, automatic overpressure discharge, low-water-level protection and anti-dry-burning protection. Automatic air cooling and end-of-cycle steam exhaust improve workflow. Audible alarm and optional external printer support process monitoring and documentation.
