Labotemp Vertical Autoclave VEA-03 is a 120 L steam sterilizer engineered for routine sterilization in hospitals, clinical and research laboratories, pharmaceutical facilities and central sterile departments. It features a stainless steel chamber with bolt locking, stable steam pressure (rated working pressure 0.22 MPa) and an adjustable sterilization temperature range of 116–134 °C with cycle times from 4 to 120 minutes. Control, safety & operation
The VEA-03 integrates microcomputer automatic control with digital display and touch keys for precise parameter setting. Built-in protections include over-temperature control, over-pressure self-discharge, low-water-level cutoff and anti-dry-heating protection. The unit supports automatic cooling air and automatic steam exhaust to reduce turnaround time and provides an audible buzzer alert. An external printer is available as an optional accessory for process logging and traceability.
