Labotemp Vertical Steam Sterilizer VEA-06 is a 50 L vertical autoclave with integrated drying function, designed for laboratories, blood banks, research institutes and clinical facilities requiring reliable steam sterilization with improved post-cycle dryness. The unit features a stainless-steel chamber (Ø350 × 525 mm) suitable for medium-batch processing of glassware, wrapped instruments, dressing materials and laboratory containers. It supports sterilization temperatures from 116°C to 134°C with adjustable cycle times from 4 to 120 minutes. The autoclave incorporates a hand-wheel quick-opening structure with a self-expanding seal, a microcomputer automatic control system with digital display and touch buttons, automatic cold-air intake and automatic steam exhaust, and multiple safety protections including safety interlock, over-temperature protection, over-pressure self-discharge, low-water cutoff and anti-dry-heat protection.
