Labotemp Vertical Autoclave VEA-11 is a fully automatic autoclave designed for reliable steam sterilization of laboratory instruments, surgical tools, culture media, glassware, dressings, and medical supplies. It features a 50 L stainless steel chamber, working temperature up to 134°C, 0.22 MPa rated working pressure, and an adjustable sterilization temperature range of 116°C to 134°C. The unit is equipped with a microcomputer-controlled touch-screen interface, three-stage pre-vacuum system, automatic cold air discharge, quick-opening handwheel door and a self-expanding sealing system. Integrated steam generator, automatic water filling and automatic steam exhaust simplify operation while ensuring consistent sterilization performance and durability.

Key operational details
Designed for continuous laboratory and clinical use, the autoclave provides a programmable sterilization timer (4–120 minutes) for flexible processing. Multiple protection systems include over-temperature protection, over-pressure relief, low-water level protection, anti-dry heating, safety door interlock, and automatic shutdown with audible alarm to ensure operator safety. The unit is constructed from stainless steel and supplied with stainless steel buckets and baskets for long service life and energy-efficient operation.
