Labotemp Automatic Vertical Steam Sterilizer VEA-05 is a 75 L vertical autoclave designed for medical, hospital, dental and laboratory environments that require deep steam penetration. It uses three-stage pre-vacuum air removal to ensure effective sterilization of wrapped packs, hollow and porous instruments, glassware and laboratory tools. Operates across 116–134°C with a rated working pressure of 0.22 MPa and a 4.5 kW heating system for consistent, repeatable cycles.

Microcomputer automatic control with LED touch screen allows precise parameter setting and monitoring. Unit includes automatic water filling, compatibility with external steam generator, automatic cold-air discharge and steam exhaust, safety interlocking device, over-temperature protection, over-pressure self-discharge, low-water level protection, built-in printer for cycle records, buzzer alerts and a hand-wheel quick-opening structure for ease of use and safe operation.
