Labotemp Vertical Autoclave VEA-05 is a 75 L vertical steam sterilizer designed for routine steam sterilization of heat- and moisture-resistant instruments, glassware, dressings and culture media. It offers a sterilization temperature range of 116–134°C, rated working temperature 134°C and rated working pressure 0.22 MPa. The autoclave supports repeated validated cycles in clinical and laboratory settings and includes automatic water intake and an integrated evaporator for steam generation.

Control, safety and operation
The unit is microcomputer-controlled with an LCD touchscreen for parameter setting and monitoring. It provides programmable sterilization and drying cycles, automatic cold-air discharge and steam evacuation after sterilization, and a three-time pulsing vacuum system for effective air removal. Safety features include over-temperature, over-pressure, low-water-level and anti-dry-heating protection, a safety interlock preventing chamber opening under pressure, audible/visual alarms and an emergency manual door release.
