Description

Overview
Labotemp Mortuary Refrigerator MOR-12 is a three-body mortuary refrigerator engineered for respectful, hygienic and secure short- to medium-term preservation of human remains in hospitals, medical examiners' facilities, morgues, forensic laboratories, pathology departments and funeral homes. The unit operates within a controlled range of -30°C to -15°C with 0.1°C display resolution and stable regulation to support identification, autopsy and storage workflows.

Design & Construction
Built for continuous operation, the MOR-12 features SUS304 stainless-steel interior and exterior surfaces combined with high-density polyurethane insulation to ensure thermal retention and corrosion resistance. Doors include anti-condensation heating and constant-temperature defrosting to prevent frost build-up. Ergonomic stainless-steel body trays run on heavy-duty roller bearings and guide rails for safe, efficient loading and unloading. Integrated controls enable remote monitoring, fault diagnostics and temperature alarm management.

Key Benefits
  • Independent cooling chambers: three separate refrigeration systems, one per compartment, to maintain uninterrupted preservation.
  • Precise low-temperature control: stable operation between -30°C and -15°C with 0.1°C display resolution.
  • Hygienic and durable construction: SUS304 stainless steel throughout for easy cleaning and long service life.

Features
  • Individual compressor and refrigeration circuit for each chamber.
  • High-density polyurethane foam insulation to reduce thermal loss and improve energy efficiency.
  • Mortise-and-tenon cabinet construction to enhance structural integrity and limit cold-air leakage.
  • Anti-condensation heated door frame to prevent moisture accumulation.
  • Flared tray entrance for easier stretcher alignment and smoother loading/unloading.
  • Heavy-duty stainless-steel roller system with stainless-steel bearings for effortless tray movement.
  • Multi-user and multi-device access with centralized management and mobile alerts.
  • Recessed stainless-steel corpse trays with guard rails to improve safety and positioning during transfers.

Applications
  • Designed for hospitals, morgues, forensic laboratories, pathology departments, medical examiner facilities, disaster victim identification centers and funeral homes for secure preservation prior to examination, autopsy or disposition.
  • Supports autopsy workflows, forensic investigations, identification procedures and mortuary management with independent chambers, precise temperature control and remote monitoring.
