Overview
DOSASET is a solvent dispenser designed for cyclohexanone and similar solvents, intended for manual and automatic bonding of plastic components, disposable parts, tubes and fittings in medical and industrial assembly. The device applies solvent by means of a proprietary rotating and vibrating wheel; adapters are dipped directly into the solvent to prevent clogging and blockages.

Performance
The unit is designed for fast-cycle operations and features a programmable interface for standalone use or integration with PLC/PC. The rotating/vibrating distribution method improves solvent coverage and enables continuous liquid-level monitoring, reducing solvent consumption and the risk of obstructions.

Design and Materials
Adapters are manufactured in stainless steel with an internal lining of closed-cell polyethylene foam, machined to match the diameter of the part to be bonded. Up to 4 interchangeable adapters can be mounted on one instrument for flexible use in production environments.

Connectivity and Control
The dispenser includes a photocell that actuates wheel rotation, an onboard keyboard for sequence programming and a PLC interface for remote control. USB and RS485 communications allow data transfer to PC/IPC for display and logging of bonding data such as production rate, counters, sequences and alarms.

AST accessory (pipe blowing)
The AST accessory is intended for tubes with internal diameters < 3 mm. It provides an air flow through tubes so they can be introduced into the DOSASET dosing bushings without filling, preventing occlusions. Air outlet flow is limited by internal bottlenecks and inlet pressure is adjusted via a rear-mounted pressure reducer; outlet pressure is shown on a front-mounted pointer gauge.

SST models
Stainless-steel mechanical construction (AISI 316) is available for applications requiring alternative solvents or enhanced corrosion resistance.
