Overview
TM3PF is a pneumatic module for flow and leak testing on automated systems and rotary tables. Its compact design allows installation close to the tested part, reducing cycle time and improving measurement sensitivity.

Key functions
Direct measurement of pressure and flow through the tested product. The TM3PF-CV variant is dedicated to check valves: it records peak pressure before opening and measures pressure and residual flow during opening. Before each test the module checks initial supply pressure and free output flow.

Performance
The module supports fast tests (below 1 s on small volumes), flow measurement up to 160 l/min and pressure range up to 10 bar with high resolution. Units available: cm3/min and cm3/h.

Connectivity
Digital I/O for PLC integration, USB and RS485 for programming and data collection, RS232 via HMI and Ethernet connectivity. A PC Software Manager is available for parameter setting, test programming, data collection and SPC analysis. Compatible with any PLC and HMI terminals.
