Description

Description
The T3LP is an instrument for leak testing using absolute pressure decay measurement. It performs leak tests as well as destructive burst tests, safety valve opening checks, volumetric checks, obstruction tests and "in bell" tests on sealed products or by interception method.

Performance
High measurement resolution (up to 0.1 Pa) and precise electronic regulation of filling pressure enable accurate testing across full-scale ranges up to 30 bar and vacuum. The 7" full-colour touchscreen provides graphic and numerical real-time test views for programming and monitoring.

Connectivity
T3LP includes digital I/O for PLC, USB host, two serial lines (RS485/RS232) for PC and Ethernet (LAN/Profinet). It interfaces with barcode/QR readers, printers and external automation devices. External valve control enables volumetric and "in bell" tests.

Software and data management
Dedicated software collects and manages test data, supports parameter programming and SPC analysis. Test results can be stored on USB or via LAN/Ethernet/Profinet for traceability and quality control.
