Description

Product overview
TM3PQ is a pneumatic module for direct flow measurement used in leak and flow tests on automated assembly lines and rotary tables. Its compact design allows installation close to the tested part to reduce cycle time and improve sensitivity. TM3PQ performs direct measurement of both pressure and flow through the tested item and supports leak-rate measurement using an internal volume or volume control of the tested part.

Performance
TM3PQ measures pressure and flow rate directly through the product under test (examples: filters, taps, valves). It supports short test cycles — for small volumes leak or flow tests below 1 second can be achieved. Remote/dislocated pressure reading on the tested product is available. The instrument provides fine flow and pressure resolution suitable for sensitive leak-rate detection.

Connectivity and software
Interfaces include digital I/O for PLC connection and USB/RS485 for programming and data acquisition. The module can be controlled by any PLC and interfaced to HMI operator terminals (serial lines, USB host, Ethernet). A dedicated Software Manager collects and manages test data, sets test parameters, programs tests and performs SPC/statistical analysis of results.
