Description
The AM-PES-04 is an 8-shaped clavicle brace designed to immobilize and stabilize the clavicle and upper shoulder girdle. It features inextensible tapes with full-length Velcro, a round back panel with apertures to prevent tape folding, and a PE-LD reinforcing plate with revolving buckles for improved fitting. The inner surface is lined with cotton terrycloth laminated with soft foam for patient comfort. The product is manufactured using Active3D™ and UniComfort™ materials.

Active3D™
Thermoformed closed-cell foam fabric that reduces pressure and abrasion from rigid elements. Fully waterproof, does not absorb sweat, easy to clean. Available with external self-gripping layers and thermoforming properties for shaping final braces.
UniComfort™
Two-layer lamination combining a polyamide self-gripping layer and comfort foam for a lightweight, comfortable device. The self-gripping layer allows precise fitting; excess material may be cut away for optimal adjustment.
Paddings — 3D supports
Independent 3D relief supports made from supporting foams or EVA with skin-friendly adhesive materials. Anatomically shaped pads relieve rigid elements (splints, stays, underwires, locks) and prevent direct contact with skin while maintaining therapeutic effect.
