Thoraco-lumbar support corset HYPEREXTENSION BRACE AM-GJ-01

Description
Spinal hyperextension brace AM-GJ-01 is designed to stabilize the thoracolumbar spine using a 3-point pressure system (sternum, suprapubic area and dorsal). The design permits controlled extension while preventing flexion, aiding posture control, pain reduction and protection after compression fractures. Intended stabilization range: vertebrae from L-3 to Th-10.

Construction
The brace features an anterior metal (Jewett-type) frame covered with medical laminate to protect skin at pressure points. Internal padding consists of comfortable foam with cotton lining for skin contact.

Materials and main elements
AM-GJ-01 is manufactured from high-quality aluminum alloy with a sand-painted finish. The upper frame includes a mobile sternal plate, a mobile pelvic band and a mid-back plate to achieve controlled hyperextension.

Adjustment and fitting
Height, length, lateral and pelvic adjustments are performed via an alloy adjustment key. The pelvic mobile band has a full regulation system to lock the optimal angle or allow mobility for sitting comfort. Final fitting is secured by a back strap and lateral buckle closure for individualized tension control.

Back plate
The adjustable back plate is made of plastic and can be positioned in two different settings to adapt to anatomical requirements.
