Description
TLSO back support with additional reinforcement anatomically shaped to provide high-level stabilization and immobilization of the thoraco-lumbo-sacral spine. Asymmetric closure ensures precise fitting. The closure panel uses Velcro laminate with semi-rigid foam inside and two elastic whalebones. The GRIP & OPEN system enables easy assembly and disassembly.

Materials and construction
The abdominal pelotte is SoftComfort™. The back panel is Active3D™. Lateral sides are made of perforated orthopaedic rubber with unidirectional elasticity (AirRubber™); bands use AirRubber III™. The support includes plastic stays (2 or 4 depending on size) and profiled metal (aluminum) spine stays.

Functional features

• Shoulder straps retract the shoulders to promote correct posture and provide anterior and posterior stabilization.
• Three-layer elastic tensioner systems deliver additional support in the lumbo‑sacral area.
• Asymmetric fastening and front securing tapes prevent uncontrolled opening.

• Profiled aluminum stays – pre-profiled aluminum splints that require precise bending by an orthotist/technician for optimal fit.
• 3D supports (paddings) – relief pads of supporting foams or EVA connected to skin-friendly materials for cushioning rigid elements; anatomically shaped for therapeutic effect.
