Product overview
The thoracic-lumbar-sacral orthosis (TLSO) AM-PES-06 is made of skin-friendly, breathable ProFit™ fabric and fitted with anatomic spiral bonings. It maintains vertebral extension in patients with osteoporosis, supports core musculature and includes adjustable shoulder straps to encourage spinal extension. Tightening straps and the harness are manufactured from ActiveRubber II™; harness covers use CottonComfort™.

How it works
When applied, the anatomic spiral bonings off-load the spinal column by concentrating overload forces into the stays, which support vertebral structures and help reduce risk of wedge (compression) fractures. The orthosis maintains vertebral extension and reinforces core muscles, providing stabilization during activity for patients at risk of vertebral injury.

Materials & components
ProFit™: double-layer elastic fabric, multidirectional elasticity; outer layer of spandex for compression, inner layer of microfibre, cotton and elastane for skin comfort and breathability.
ActiveRubber II™: bidirectional elastic rubber braids providing compression, airflow and a gentle massage effect under high compression.
CottonComfort™: antiallergic polyurethane foam laminated with soft cotton knit; used in contact areas to minimize skin irritation.
