Overview
The VLS80GCSVF is a vertical laboratory steam sterilizer designed for a wide range of sterilization tasks: packaged and unpackaged instruments, glassware, hollow loads (pipettes, porous materials), liquids in open or sealed containers, agar preparation and biological waste decontamination.

Performance and reliability
Equipped with an integrated steam generator, an operating range of 60–136 °C and an AISI 316L stainless steel chamber, the unit delivers reproducible sterilization cycles. A rapid cooling system reduces cooling time by ≈40%; select configurations include an additional cooling fan for ultra-fast cooling.

Traceability and control
Optional dot-matrix printer records current and up to the last 40 cycles. Network connection via Smeg Track software enables cycle monitoring and data archiving on a PC to ensure full traceability.
