Overview

• The HMS autoclaves are medical steam sterilizers designed for medium and large volumes, with a loading capacity of 12 STU.
• Equipped with an integrated steam generator and vacuum pump as standard, they are intended for integration into Central Sterile Services Departments (CSSD) and Health Science applications.

Intuitive display
The HMS autoclaves feature a large 10" color touch display (Touch Screen LCD 9.7" on the loading side; optional 7" Touch Screen LCD on the unloading side), engineered to provide an intuitive user experience. Clear visualization of cycle parameters, real-time graphs and alarms enables complete and safe control, simplifying daily operations and reducing user error risk.

Full traceability
HMS autoclaves provide advanced traceability systems that ensure full monitoring of every sterilization cycle. An integrated printer, LAN/Ethernet connection and optional software for cycle data export and management are available, allowing consultation, archiving and sharing of process information.

High-quality materials
Manufactured with high-quality materials such as AISI 316L stainless steel for the chamber and jacket, HMS autoclaves ensure durability, reliability and steam purity. Optional upgrades include AISI 316 Ti and piping with Tri-Clamp fittings for stringent hygiene and maintenance requirements.

NCG sensor
The NCG sensor continuously monitors steam quality by measuring non-condensable gases in real time, automatically verifying each cycle without the need for manual tests and ensuring process compliance and reliability.

Loading solutions
Designed to integrate with efficient and flexible loading/unloading systems: dedicated trolleys, automated solutions and height-adjustable systems improve ergonomics, productivity and safety, adapting to various CSSD configurations.
