Item Description
Superfine woven micro-mesh trays designed to securely hold, wash and enable sterilization of small prosthetics, bone screws and micro-instruments. Mesh construction allows effective steam and detergent access while preventing loss of small components.

Uses

• Contain, wash and sterilize small prosthetics, bone screws and delicate micro-instruments
• Protect fine surgical tools and components during washing, autoclaving, transport and storage

Features

• Available woven mesh aperture sizes: 2 x 2 x 0.7 mm, 1 x 1 x 0.4 mm, 0.7 x 0.7 x 0.25 mm
• Round corners to reduce instrument damage
• Designed for instruments with small parts that are difficult to track during processing
• Maximized open surface area for thorough exposure to cleaning agents
• Options: fixed or detachable lids and locking mechanisms
• 304 (ASTM) stainless steel construction compatible with steam, machine washing, autoclaves, heat and chemical sterilization
• Optional protective edge capping
• Optional unique identification RFID tags for content tracking
• Allows full steam contact to all internal surfaces
