This neurovascular intervention training system replicates vascular anatomy from femoral access to intracranial vessels, combining silicone modular vascular models with an educational pulsatile pump and a simulated DSA imaging system for hands-on procedural training and device testing.

Components Features

• Vascular Intervention Training System: Model spans femoral artery to intracranial vessels including anterior cerebral artery (A2) and middle cerebral artery (M2) with complete Circle of Willis; intracranial module includes five aneurysm lesions at varied locations and sizes. Coronary module includes healthy left and right coronary arteries; LAD segment can be fitted with stenosis or bifurcation lesions. Radial and right femoral arteries include puncture valves. Intracranial, cardiothoracic and abdominal modules are detachable, replaceable and connectable via transparent customized connectors. Vascular anatomy and lesion types are customizable.
• Educational Pulsatile Pump: Split design with control unit and reservoir; adjustable pulsation frequency and flow rate to simulate cardiac-driven pulsatile blood flow when connected to silicone vascular models.
• Simulated DSA Imaging System: DSA simulation software uses 3D-printed vascular models and physiological data. Background illumination and high-resolution camera capture model images transmitted in real time to a graphics workstation for digital processing to produce clinical-like DSA images.
