Product description
ECM-SKY6U2 integrates Intel Skylake-U processors to deliver efficient dual-core performance with Intel HD Graphics 520, suitable for graphics-assisted HMI and control tasks in power-sensitive environments. The compact COM Express Type 6 Compact layout (95×95mm) enables deployment in space-constrained industrial panels, portable testers and embedded control units.

Memory is supported via two SO-DIMM slots in dual-channel DDR4 2133MHz configuration, supporting up to 16GB for lightweight multitasking. Expansion is provided through a PCIe x4 lane (configurable to x2 + x1 + x1), enabling connection of small expansion cards such as wireless modules, I/O adapters or DAQ cards.

Onboard connectivity covers a Gigabit Ethernet controller (Intel i219), multiple USB ports, SATA interfaces (up to 3×SATA3.0 depending on CPU), serial port and standard industrial buses (LPC, SMBus). Security and manageability include TPM 2.0 and watchdog support. The board supports Windows 10 1809 and Yocto 2.4 Rocko.
